MacBook Pro M3 with Sequoia 15.1 does not recognize Touch Me

This is not a feature request, this is a bug report, but I don't know how to file a proper bug report. I have a Touch Me that I received earlier this year. I can successfully connect it to an old MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, running MacOS Monterey 12.7.1). I used the same USB cables to connect it to my current MacBook Pro (Nov 2023, M3 Pro CPU, running MacOS Sequoia 15.1), using several different USB ports, and it did not show up in MIDI Studio. I tried connecting it to another M3 MacBook Pro (also running Sequoia), and it also failed to recognize it. I've looked for similar reports and couldn't find any.
